Border Experience costs include lodging, meals, transportation while in El Paso, service project supplies, and honorariums for speakers.
A three day experience for students, faith leaders, and groups to connect with the rich history and culture of the borderland. Participants will listen, learn, serve, and reflect on the human side of the U.S./Mexico border, engaging with its stories, meeting its people, thinking with experts, and exploring how the Church can act as an instrument of compassion and empathy both at the border and at home.

Wenda house ministry and hospitality center is a large and spacious house located in El Paso’s Lower Valley.
What will my experience be like?
You will hear from people within the El Paso community, their stories, and experience firsthand what life is like for them. You will have the opportunity to serve and be transformed while learning how the Church can be and agent of change, compassion, and Christlikeness.
